Studio Cottage Discounted Rates:

March & April
$99/night for all bookings any length stay.

After April
$108/night for 10+ night bookings.
$125/night discount rate for shorter bookings.

1BR House Discounted Rates:

March

April-June
$150/night for all Bookings 5+ nights.
$175/night for shorter bookings.

After June
$150/night for 10+ night bookings.
$175/night discount rate for shorter bookings.

Please note that rates do not include cleaning & consumables fee, refundable security deposit, or tax.

Cleaning & Consumables
There is a cleaning & consumables fee which is added to each booking:
Studio Cottage: $100
1BR House: $120

NOTE ON CLEANING FEE:
You are expected to leave the cottage in respectable condition - excessively dirty check-outs will incur an additional cleaning charge. This is all detailed in the rental contract for clarity.

Security Deposit
We require a credit card and place a $500 in case of damages and/or excessive cleaning. Security deposits are due fourteen days prior to occupancy and are refunded upon checkout.

Payment & Refunds
Payments are due in full upon booking. If you must cancel a reservation with more than thirty days notice on a full-rate booking, you will receive a full refund. Less than thirty days notice, or discounted rate bookings will receive refunds only on days which can be re-booked with new guests.

Maximum Occupancy
Studio Cottage occupancy is limited to a maximum of two (2) adults.
1BR House occupancy is limited to a maximum of four (4) adults.
*We can make occupancy exceptions for children, but you must obtain prior consent.
